1. How can I place an order?

Browse our website, select your favorite items, choose the right size, and click on “Add to Cart.”
Once you’ve added all items, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and make payment to confirm your order.


2. How do I know my order is confirmed?

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation on your registered email ID with your order details and order ID.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details.
You can also track your order through the “Track Order” option available on our website.


4. How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery usually takes 2–8 working days, depending on your location.
You’ll be notified via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.


5. What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free on prepaid orders above a certain amount (as per ongoing offer).
A small delivery or COD charge may apply to orders below the minimum value.


6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery on most orders.
However, COD may not be available in certain areas. You’ll see the available options during checkout.


7. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped yet.
Once shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order.

8. What is your return or exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery for unused, unworn products with all original tags attached.

9. How will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality checks.
The amount will be credited back to your original payment method or as store credit within 7–10 working days.


10. I received a damaged or wrong product. What should I do?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
Please share photos of the damaged or incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery to indiashelooks@gmail.com, and our team will arrange a replacement or refund as per policy.


11. Do you deliver outside India?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We’re working to expand our services soon.
