We aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India.
Please read the following policy carefully to understand how our shipping and delivery process works.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across most cities and towns in India.
If your pin code is not serviceable, our support team will inform you after you place your order.

2. Dispatch Time

All confirmed orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days from the date of order placement.
Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or festive seasons may take slightly longer to process.

3. Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 working days

  • Non-Metro Areas: 4–8 working days

Please note that actual delivery time depends on your location and courier service availability.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above a minimum order value (as per running offers).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small handling charge may apply.

Shipping charges (if any) will be visible during checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier Partner Name

  • Tracking Link

You can also track your order by visiting the “Track Order” section on our website.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, please ensure your phone number and address are correct and reachable.
Repeated COD rejections may result in the restriction of COD service for future orders.

7. Delays or Issues in Delivery

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • Unexpected logistics issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeline, please contact us at indiashelooks@gmail.com with your Order ID.

8. Undelivered Orders

If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We are working to expand our delivery network soon.
