1. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver across most cities and towns in India.
If your pin code is not serviceable, our support team will inform you after you place your order.
2. Dispatch Time
All confirmed orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days from the date of order placement.
Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or festive seasons may take slightly longer to process.
3. Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

Metro Cities: 2–5 working days

Non-Metro Areas: 4–8 working days
Please note that actual delivery time depends on your location and courier service availability.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders above a minimum order value (as per running offers).
Shipping charges (if any) will be visible during checkout before you confirm your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with:

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Due to a high number of returns on Cash on Delivery orders, the COD facility has been temporarily disabled. Prepaid orders help us ensure smoother processing and faster dispatch.
7. Delays or Issues in Delivery
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeline, please contact us at dispatch@shelooks.xyz with your Order ID.
8. Undelivered Orders
If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We are working to expand our delivery network soon.
