Once we receive your return request, our team will verify it and arrange pickup or guide you through the return process.
Non-Returnable Items:

Items bought on final sale, clearance, or special discount.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer size and defect-based exchanges.
If you’ve received a wrong size or a defective item, you can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Conditions for exchange:

The product should be unused and in the same condition as received.

Exchange will be processed only once per order.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, you will be offered a credit coupon or refund as per your choice.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated once the returned product passes quality inspection.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
Refund Timeline:

Prepaid orders: Within 7–10 working days after product verification.

COD orders: Refunds will be provided via bank transfer or wallet credit after successful pickup and inspection.
If the product fails quality checks, it will be returned back to the customer without a refund.
4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

For prepaid cancellations within the valid window, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
